Soup up your tour Soup-erb ly!

The Dresden Walks tour in the German language begins at 10:30 am and finishes a little after noon. Just the time for a small something- to- eat right? I discovered just the place the other day. Not a big meal, not cakes and bread, no pizza and burgers. Don't get me wrong, I love the saxon cakes and brötchen (rolls) but on a holiday you want to eat healthy as well and not just fast food or big meals. And this is just the place to do so.

It is called 'Soup-erb' and as the name suggests is a place that serves soups. Hearty, healthy and simple soups that warm and fill one, served with slices of crusty bread. There is also a small selection of salads and desserts. It can be found on Rampishe Strasse. Just ask your Dresden Walks Guide to point you to it at the end of the tour as most of our tours usually end at, or near, the Church of Our Lady (The Frauenkirche)

And if you do the Dresden Walks tour ending just before 2:00 pm, head there anyway. Walking sure works up an appetite!

Look out for another recommendation next week. Pure gluttony coming up :) :)
